How Does The Guarantee Program Work
We set ourselves apart from most agents by being accountable to you. In other words, we don’t just promise to sell your home, we guarantee it. Our guarantee is as simple as this:
We guarantee to sell your home in 60 days, at a price, time and terms agreed to by the seller and the Rasic Team at RE/MAX, at the onset of the listing or we will compensate a portion of our commission on closing.*
- If your home sits on the market for longer than 60 days from the time we list it, we will continue to market it aggressively and still compensate a portion of our commission on closing.
- We will market the home to buyers at its full market value. If the market receives your home at any price higher than the guaranteed price we agree on, you get the benefit of the higher price.
- If we don’t do exactly what we say we will at any time during the contract, you can cancel the contract.*
